Gentle Exercise
The 45 minute class involves body weight exercises designed to increase heart rate, cardio exercises, strengthen muscles, balance and co-ordination exercises and release endorphins. This is a great class to improve your mood and develop your overall fitness and health.
Suitable for all levels of fitness and ability, we’ll teach you to move well in sessions that are fun, social and empowering.
