About Me

Carolyn Pope Fitness began in 2012, delivering Personal Training and Group Training sessions.

With a passion for all things sport, it seemed inevitable that I would end up with a career in Fitness. So after having children I had the flexibility to study fitness and achieve the results required to enter the fitness industry.

Being a keen sportswoman I have played A grade netball, representative basketball, tennis (division 1), athletics, waterpolo, touch football, and now a keen runner.  Having completed and competed in races from 5km park run, 20+ half marathons, 12+ marathons, 5 ultra marathons and all distances in between. I also volunteer at races as a pacer, where I encourage, support and motivate people to achieve their goals to finish a race in their chosen time, which is incredibly rewarding.
